Ivory Bill Brewing Co. Opens and Extends Ale Trail

The Fayetteville Ale Trail is excited to extend the self-guided brewery tour with the newest addition, Ivory Bill Brewing Co. Located in the heart of downtown Siloam Springs, Ivory Bill opened its doors in mid-September and became the 15th stop on the Ale Trail.

Owners, Casey Letellier and Dorothy Hall, started Ivory Bill, “to bring good beer to the city we love.” Casey, former brewmaster at West Mountain Brewing Co., is fermenting ales in their vintage British brewhouse that was once a 1930s former Pontiac dealership in downtown Siloam Springs.

Food trucks are expected to stop by throughout the year and outside food is always welcome. Be sure to check out their Facebook page for the complete beer menu and a schedule of events.
