GOAT Lab Brewery Joins Ale Trail Ahead of Grand Opening

We’re thrilled to announce that GOAT Lab Brewery in Lowell has joined the Fayetteville Ale Trail! Their inclusion marks the first new brewery stop to be added to the self-guided tour since 2018.

The first (and technically best!) brewery in Lowell opened its doors with a soft launch in the spring of 2022 and have found their beers drawing in crowds ever since. Owner Bill Adams – who also operates The Grove Comedy Club right next door – opened the brewery in hopes of creating a place to gather with family and friends. Bill, however, is no stranger to brewing or beers! In fact, he’s the only brewmaster in Arkansas we know of that was born in Germany, and he carries that tradition with him in the creations that GOAT Lab produces.

Dog and kid friendly, the brewery is laid back and has plenty of space for larger groups. The extra space is great, but also intentional. Moving forward, GOAT Lab plans to routinely bring big events, starting with Oktoberfest in collaboration with Natural State Beer Co. this fall!

In addition to their robust lineup of German-inspired beers, GOAT Lab has a wood fired pizza oven in their kitchen and serves Neapolitan-style pizzas right at the brewery! What’s better than pizza and beer?!

Drop by and try a pint and then stay tuned – GOAT Lab has big plans for the future! You’ll find their website here, or you can follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
