Ivory Bill Brewing Co.

This charming taproom, housed in a former Pontiac dealership from the 1930s, brews craft beers in the beautiful up-and-coming downtown district of Siloam Springs. Using heirloom barley and non-proprietary hops, Ivory Bill Brewing Co. brews 100% open fermented ales on a vintage British brewing system, and they’re proud of it! In addition to Ivory Bill’s beer selection, try ordering a house-brewed cream soda to enjoy at the bar. Kids and friendly dogs are always welcome in their TV-free taproom as well as on the patio, where you can admire an enormous mural dedicated to the brewery’s namesake.
