A Second Look at Apple Blossom Brewing Company
The northernmost Fayetteville stop on our beloved Ale Trail, Apple Blossom Brewing Company, has successfully made it a year since their reopening under new management, and we sure are impressed with how far they’ve come!
Named after the Arkansas state flower, this 8,500 square foot brewpub is the largest of its kind in the entire state of Arkansas and boasts seating for 250, plus an enormous wraparound patio, a long wood bar, and a full-service restaurant with fantastic food to boot. Apple Blossom is comfy but upscale enough to feel special, with wood accented decor and a wildly eclectic variety of beer and food options, featuring a global menu certain to please all beer drinkers!
Equal parts brewery and restaurant, with the trail right in its backyard, Apple Blossom Brewing Company makes for the perfect post-ride patio for cyclists or serves as a group meeting location for a round of locally brewed craft beers. Maybe you’ll even be inspired to try a couple rounds on ABBC’s pool or shuffleboard tables! Don’t count it out as the perfect date night spot, either, especially now that Apple Blossom has unveiled a new stylized lounge with lots of seating, low tables, and plenty of space to spread out – or get cozy!
The brewery is highly active on social media, posting specials and updates regularly, as well as highlighting the events they host. Apple Blossom is particularly fantastic at partnering with locals in our community, such as hosting toy drives for the children of NWA, offering discounts for spectators coming to Fayetteville for the 2022 UCI Cyclo-Cross World Championships, providing crafting workshops open to the public, donating space for book club collaborations with the Fayetteville Public Library, and offering free beers to patrons donating tears for breast cancer research.
Apple Blossom keeps a large selection of house beers on tap, with the occasional specialty brew rolling through. They’re available by the glass so you can savor your favorites, or as flights, so you can try them all! The following is their current tap menu:
- Fayettedaze Blonde
- Fayettehaze APA
- Bananen-Hängematte Hefeweizen
- IPA
- Double IPA
- Irish Red
- Radler
- Porter
- Big Love Praline Pecan Porter
For those wanting a bite to eat with their brewed-on-site beer, the menu has food inspired by several types of cuisine, spanning from small plates to full entrees, and inclusive of our keto, vegetarian, gluten-free, and vegan friends! Some favorites include the loaded fries with Fayettedaze beer cheese dip, fried pretzel rolls with sweet and spicy beer mustard, the ABBC burger and its vegetarian “imBLOSSable” burger counterpart, classic fish & chips, a banh mi flatbread, and the Italian cabbage soup. If you follow them on social media, you’ll find even more exciting options, with speciality rotating desserts like Porter Panna Cotta. Y-U-M!
